Jeffrey A. Shaffer is the Vice President of Information Technology and Analytics at Unifund and Recovery Decision Science, and a Joseph S. Stern Professor of Practice at the University of Cincinnati in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. In 2021, he was inducted into the Tableau Visionary Hall of Fame (one of 16 in the world). He is the co-author of the Big Book of Dashboards, the leading book on dashboard design, and is the co-host of the award-winning podcast Chart Chat. His recent area of practice has focused on Generative AI.
